Dimensioins:  17 ft x 15 ft. 4 in. with a 12 ft x 5 ft 7 in. covered porch area, also has a split design withtwo seperated rooms one room is 12 ft x 9 ft 6 in. the other is 5 ft x 15 ft. 4 in.  Manufactured to order 4-6 weeks production time.

All sales are final no returns no refunds.  building kit is manufactured to order will replace any missing or damaged parts due to the manufacturing process.

Standard shipping available allow 10-12 weeks to receive once payment has cleared bank. 

5 year manufacturer’s warranty on timber, doors & windows so long as proper treatment of material is preformed two wood seal treatments are recommended for warranty..
