An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (2.5% cancelation fee applies), if item is not in its original packaging as it appeared when it left the warehouse on delivery must take pictures, (all angels), must be accompanied by a signed letter detailing damage viewed also must be identified on the original B.O.L. refused delivery due to damage and the company must confirm damage was not the result of the customer. If there is no damage to packaging and the customer just refuses delivery and the package is returned to the warehouse and it is determined that there is no damage to the packaging and the item was returned to the warehouse in the same condition as it left the warehouse we would consider issuing a refund to the customer within 90 days of receipt of package minus shipping /delivery cost and minus a 25% restocking fee (all fees will be determined by the company.) Once package is unloaded / delivered to customer no refund or returns will be allowed or accepted. Furthermore we will not accept returns and will not offer a refund on any packaging that has been opened while in the customers possession due to the fact that this is a building kit and all components are needed for assembly.
