30 day limited warranty we will warrant and replace any item found to be damaged in the package through shipping or packaging at the plant. Additionally if the part is confirmed missing we will replace it at no charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and inspect all boxes within 30 day of delivery receipt to ensure all parts listed on the parts list have been received and are accounted for.  If a part is missing or mispackaged, we will replace it or provide instruction to modify the missing part in order to complete the build.  Replacement parts may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to be shipped and received by the customer.  Any exceptions to the above are at the discretion of the company.  Once the building is assembled and constructed, the purchaser of said item will hold all liability for the structure and HUD-1 EZ building cannot and will not  warrant the building/structure.

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (2.5% cancellation fee on credit card transactions), if item is not in its original packaging as it appeared when it left the warehouse on delivery must take pictures, (all angels), must be accompanied by a signed letter detailing damage viewed also must be identified on the original B.O.L. refused delivery due to damage and the company must confirm damage was not the result of the customer.  If there is no damage to packaging and the customer just refuses delivery and the package is returned to the warehouse and it is determined that there is no damage to the packaging and the item was returned to the warehouse in the same condition as it left the warehouse we would consider issuing a refund to the customer within 90 days of receipt of package minus shipping /delivery cost and minus a 25% restocking fee (all fees will be determined by the company.)  Once package is unloaded / delivered to customer no refund or returns will be allowed or accepted.  Furthermore we will not accept returns and will not offer a refund on any packaging that has been opened while in the customers possession due to the fact that this is a building kit and all components are needed for assembly.  (ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS ON PREMIUM MODELS, ANY MODEL OVER 130 SQ FT.,  ANY MODELS THAT ARE ORDERED FROM THE CATALOG, ANY BUILDING KIT THAT IS NOT KEPT IN STOCK, AND ANY CUSTOM CABIN ORDERS.)
