The Linus J44T is a 19 ft x 19 ft multi room Log cabin kit with a 19 ft. x 4 ft. 9 in. terrace and is an excellent design to provide a large amount of open space also includes a 6 ft 5 in x 6 ft. 8 in. bonus room. This building offers 305 sq. ft. of open interior space, the bonus room gives 44.61 sq ft of space. This building is an easy quick assembly project for the D.I.Y. that would needs some extra space to set up an office or some additional space for an over crowded home . The building is ships direct to you via curbside. Roofing shingles are sold separately.
